Payam’s career in film, theatre, radio and television spans through almost two decades, as an actor, director and sound designer, working for the BBC Post Production and IRIB, the major broadcaster in the Middle East. He is the first point of contact for the directors and producers we work with. Payam’s deep understanding of the visual creative arts and storytelling provides the backdrop for the creative sound design SyncPoint bring to each project.
Adam is a recording and mixing engineer with a strong background in music who has worked at some of the top recording studios in the UK and the US. As an Avid certified Pro Tools Expert and instructor at the London School of Sound Recording, he has in-depth technical knowledge which, coupled with his creative flair, make him a versatile talent. Adam also works as freelancer dubbing mixer at the BBC, and re-recording mixer on various independent music and film projects.
Nina found her love for dialogue editing while working as sound engineer in radio and broadcast PR. She has edited and produced speech publicity content for major film distributors, commercial brands, broadcasters and charities. As a UK based native German speaker, Nina is experienced working on multilingual projects. She has previously worked at the BBC World Service and is now a freelance sound engineer & dialogue editor at BBC Persia.
Howard ensures that each project has a unique and creative sonic character by recording and using original elements to compose signature sound effects. Howard also works for the BBC as an ADR recordist and runs his own specialist sound effects company ‘Serpent Sounds’ which has won a number of sound design competitions. For the last ten years, Howard has been involved in music production & DJ’ing, having produced techno, drum & bass and ambient music and DJ’d at clubs across the UK and Europe.
